Three members of 1KBW (James Turner QC, Richard Harrison KC and Jennifer Perrins) were involved in the important case of G v G in which judgment was handed down by the UK Supreme Court this morning (19 March 2021).
The case concerns the complex interrelationship between (1) international child abduction law and practice; and (2) asylum law and practice.
